I’ve been meaning to publish this short story – Last Bus Home – for months. My original intention was to get it out before Rewind as it’s a story that links it to Left For Dead . I also wanted to write something from Local Crime Investigator Leigh Roberts’ point of view. Leigh seemed to be universally loved by readers and I wanted to go into this wonderful, autistic character a bit more.
